1 lb yellow squash, diced
1 lb zucchini squash, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c sour cream
1 small grated onion
1/4 c grated carrots
1 stick of butter, melted
1 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, saute squash and onion in a small amount of butter or oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients except butter and dressing. In a separate bowl, mix dressing in the melted butter, then put half the dressing in a 9X13 greased casserole dish. Add the squash mixture to the casserole dish, and top with the remaining dressing. Bake at 350 º for 30-45 minutes until bubbly.
