Put in sauce pan

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 3/4 cups boiling water
bring to a boil

In a bowl mix together:

1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp margarine
2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup fresh milk

Pour batter in greased square dish. Pour hot liquid over batter

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
