1/2 cup rice
2 cups water
1 slice lemon peel
1 stick cinnamon
3 cups milk
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice, start cooking in water with lemon and cinnamon stick. cook slow until rice is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat until it thickens, approximately 1 hour. Stir as you cook. Pour into dish (flat 1 inch deep). Shake cinnamon on top. Refrigerated and enjoy!

Cook slow, stir to keep from sticking, do not scrape bottom of pan. Best in lower dish then bowl. Refrigerate and enjoy!
