1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 T. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 C. diced onion
1/4 C. diced celery
1/2-3/4 C. catsup
1/4 C. water
3/4 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain off excess fat. Add diced onion and celery to ground beef and cook until softened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes.
