2 ripe avos
1/4 - 1/2 c. onions (to taste)
1/2 lime
coarse salt
ground cumin
1-2 roma tomatoes diced and seeded

You can use your food processor to make fast work or just use your fork if you are in a hurry like me. =)

1. Mash avos
2. Add onions (less is more at this point...you can always add more later but you can't take them out once they are in there)
3. Add tomatoes
4. Fork your lime and juice it into mixture (watch out for seeds!)
5. Add 2 dashes of cumin
6. Have a taste...add salt if needed...add onions if needed...add more lime if needed.
