Cake Layer
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo, softened
1 1/2 cup Hershey's Syrup (16 oz can)
4 eggs

Mint Cream Center
2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2-3/4 tsp mint extract
1 tbsp water
3 drops green food color
--Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth

Chocolate topping
6 tbsp butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan over very low heat, met butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat, stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan. Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and syrup; beat until smooth. Pour into pan--bake 25-30 minutes until top springs back. Cool completely in pan. Spread mint cream center on cake; cover and chill. Pour chocolate topping over and chill at least an hour.
