2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
hunk of butter
vanilla wafers
3 bananas
vanilla extract

Beat 2 eggs until foamy, add 1 cup sugar and 1/3 cup flour. Mix thoroughly and add 1 cup milk. Put in a double boiler and stir occasionally--

when thickened add large hunk of butter (approx. 1/4 stick)

Mix well and add 1 teaspoon vanilla

Add bananas and vanilla wafers. Serve warm....sooo good.
