4 slices any kind of bread
1 lb sausage
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 tsp salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Tear up bread and place in the bottom of greased 13x9x1 in baking dish. Brown and drain sausage; spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over cheese (cheese will rise to top). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
