25 Nutter Butter Cookies© divided
1/4 c butter, melted
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 c cold milk
1-3.4oz pkg Jello© Vanilla instant pudding
2 1./2 c thawed Cool Whip©, divided
3 squares semi sweet chocolate

Line a 9 inch square pan with foil. FInely crush 24 cookies then mix with butter and press onto bottom of prepared pan.

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Add milk & dry pudding mix, beat 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Spoon over crust and refrigerate.

Microwave chocolate and remaining whipped topping 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool completely.

Spread chocolate mixture over pudding layer in pan. Chop remaining cookies and sprinkle over chocolate mixture.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Use foil to lift from pan before cutting and serve.
