1 cinnamon stick
12 whole cloves
peel of 2 oranges - slivers
peel of 2 lemons = slivers
6 sugar lumps
8 oz. brandy (warmed)
2 oz. curacao
1 quart strong coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cinnamon, cloves, peel and sugar in top of chafing dish over alcohol flame. With ladle add brandy and curacao and stir. Mix till sugar dissolved. Add coffee. Serves 12 demitasse cups.
