Ingredients:  
1/4 lb butter
1 to 2 coils vermicelli
2 cups rice
1 tbsp chicken broth concentrate
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Break up vermicelli and stir till very brown (browns very quickly). Add 2 cups rice and mix. Pour in 4 cups boiling water and chicken concentrate and salt. Simmer about 20 minutes till liquid all absorbed.
