1 lb. sausage (not stuffed)
6 eggs
2 c. milk or Half and Half
dash salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread cubes
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
You can prepare the casserole the night before and bake it the next morning if you like.

Saute' sausage and drain well. Beat eggs with salt, milk, and mustard. In a greased 13" x 9" casserole dish, put bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook 350º for 40 minutes. Serve in squares. Enjoy!

You can substitute fresh spinach, fresh asparagus, or well-drained frozen spinach for the sausage. You can also make it "the morning of." Delicious!
