1/4 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Mustard
1 red or green apple cut in chunk's, peel on
4 boneless Pork Chops
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Directions:

Heat oil in skillet & cook pork chops until browned
on both sides.
stir in remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered until pork is no longer pink in the center & sauce thickens slightly( stir occasionally0.
