Spinach Salad Recipe

1 1/2 bunches fresh spinach
1 small head of butter lettuce
3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 jar real bacon bits
3 c. mozzarella cheese

3/4 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 T. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. small curd cottage cheese to add when ready to serve.

Mix salad ingredients together. Mix the cottage cheese into the salad dressing and shake to combine. Pour over salad and toss.
