1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
2 T. melted butter
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Heat flat round skillet over med high heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Using a measuring cup for ease, pour about 1/4 c. of batter into pan, and immediately rotate skillet until crepe is round. Cook until light brown. Loosen with spatula and flip. Cook for a few seconds on the other side.
Sweet or savory filling ideas: Nutella, bananas and caramel sauce, strawberries and chocolate sauce, chicken in alfredo sauce, sauteed vegetables, etc.
