1 C. coarsely chopped onion
1C. cilantro sprigs
1 jalapeņo pepper coarsely chopped ( I seed it first)
1 garlic clove coarsely chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, 1 drained, 1 undrained
3 tbls. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until minced.
