1 Package cream cheese, cubed
3/4 C Parmesan cheese
3/4 C Milk
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1 T Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese in pan. Add the Parmesan cheese and milk. Cook and stir until thick. (gradually pour in milk) Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste and parsley.

I use fat free cream cheese and skim milk, and it turns out great!
