Manicotti Recipe

1 large Cottage Cheese
1 C grated Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 T Parmesan Cheese
1 T Parsley Flakes
2 Eggs
1 Box Manicotti
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
Meat optional

Cook noodles approximately 7 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs Parmesan, parsley, and half of mozzarella.
Line bottom of 9x13 pan with spaghetti sauce and put the rest in the mixture.
Stuff Manicotti
Cook 30-40 min at 325--cover half way through and put the rest of cheese on top.
