1/2 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grate chocolate into medium pan and add water. Cook over low heat until thick (stir). Add salt and sugar. Cook 4 minutes. Chill mixture

2. Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
3. Spoon one heaping teaspoon of chocolate mixture into a cup and fill the cup with hot milk. Cream will come to top
