Ingredients:  
1 clove garlic
2 large shallots
1tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 c. Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic and shallots in a food processor and pulse. Add mustard and vinegar to food processor and pulse. While the food processor is running slowly, add in oil. Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed.
