1/4 C. each brown rice, spelt, red quinoa, white quinoa, barley, bulgur and kamut
1 each, red, yellow and green bell pepper diced
2 pkgs dried mango chopped
1 small red onion, diced
3 scallions chopped
2 C slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/2 C. mango chutney
1/2 C. orange juice
1/4 C. plum sauce
1/4 C. sesame oil
1T ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the white quinoa, bulgur and pearled barley the same as you would white rice. The spelt and kamut cook like brown rice. Combine the grains that have the same cooking time. Meanwhile create the dressing by blending all ingredients together in blender. Mix grains and veggies together and stir in dressing.
