4 hard boiled eggs, cut in half
3 medium onions, sliced into long pieces
(There should be a little more cooked onions than liver)
olive oil
salt
1 lb. chicken livers
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sliced onions in olive oil with a little salt. Cook until golden brown and soft. Cool them. Put aside a little onion for the top of the dish when it is complete. Broil chicken livers on a pan lined with foil until cooked almost through but not hard. Use the same pan to grind the ingredients onto. Use the smallest grinder blade. Grind the liver, egg, then onion and repeat alternating ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in mold covered with plastic wrap and chill.
