Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp salt
3 cups hot water
½ cup oil
¾ cup sugar
3 cups bread flour

3 eggs
2 T. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt through bread flour until smooth like cake batter.

Add 3 eggs and beat the heck out of them! (Number 2 on the bosch for 1-2 minutes) Sprinkle 2 Tbsp yeast on top. Mix well on number 1. Keep adding bread flour a bit at a time until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl. (about 5-6 cups?) Turn off machine and cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then stir it down which means turn machine on to number 1 and count to 3. Cover with towel and do this again every 15 minutes until it’s been an hour. The dough has started rising and this makes it start over again in hopes of a fluffy roll. Shape into rolls by pinching off a portion and with a floured hand roll it on the counter so it spins itself into a little ball and place on a sheet. Let rise 30 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350º
