1 pd. ground beef - brown and combine with sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1 pd. box of ziti or penne pasta - cooked and drained
2 (25oz.) jars of spaghetti sauce
6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in large (11x14) pan or two smaller (8x8) pans.
1/2 pasta, provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 pasta, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes. Stir halfway.
