vegetable cooking spray
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
24 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened (I used neufchatel on Saturday - fluffier)
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 T. flour
14-oz fat-free sweetened condensed skimmed milk
3 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1-1/2 t. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Combine crumbs and sugar, and sprinkle evenly on bottom of pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in cocoa and flour. Add sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, chocolate chips and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill.

*Prepared as above, 230 calories, 2.5 g fat per serving. Makes 12 servings.
