Pork tenderloin
Maranade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Jack Daniels bourbon
2 T. brown sugar
Dipping sauce:(optional)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
1T. green onion
11/2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in a plastic bag. Pour in maranade. Refrigerate overnight. Turn bag over occasionally. Next day put pork tenderloin into a 9x13 pan and bake at 325º for one hour.
