Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Roll into balls. On floured surface, flatten with a rolling pin until desired thickness (about 1/8" is perfect). Cook in pre-heated pan (on stove) over low-medium heat. Flip when tortilla just begins to bubble (color will not change much; if it browns, it will probably be too hard). Serve immediately. Always worth the extra effort...ENJOY!!!
