1 1/2 pound raw kidney beans
3 ham hocks
Salt and pepper
Onions
Celery
Brown sugar
Green peper
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Large can tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
Okra
Shrimp
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Soak kidney beans overnite, don't pour off liquid. Add the next seven ingredients. Cook at low temperature (200 degrees) all day. When almost done, add large can of tomatoes and browned ground beef. Add cut okra. Cook until tender and add shrimp. Serve over rice.
