2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients in the order given and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Do not use glass. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Can serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
