2 lbs ground beef
2 med. onions chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 cans chopped tomatoes undrained
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 Tbs chili powder
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix
2 cans pinto beans
1 6oz tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups water

Mix all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and corn chips.
