1 cup potato water (from boiled potatoes)
2 tablespoons dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening (margarine)
3 eggs
7 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients and 4 of the 7 cups of flour. Mix well. Then add the remaining 3 cups of flour and knead. Allow to rise.

Make rolls and bake at 375º for 20 minutes.

Can be made in muffin tin or individual dollops on a cookie sheet.

If you roll two (or three) small balls and stuff them together into a muffin tin it makes the classic butt cheek shape.
