Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  
4-5 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. softened butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts, such as pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in casserole dish.

Topping: Combine all four ingredients together. This should be crumbly.

Sprinkle topping on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
