3 c. flour
1 ½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs and enough milk to fill 2 C.

1-2 c. blueberries (can be frozen)

Crumb topping:

½ c. sugar
1/3 c.. flour
¼ c. butter
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine together and mix in blueberries until just mixed.
For crumb mixture:
Use a fork to integrate butter and form crumbs. Top muffins before they bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
