2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. butter
1/4 c. water
3 T. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. chicken bouillon
1 t. parsley, minced

1. Remove skin and fat from chicken. Rinse and pat dry.
2. In small bowl mix oregano, salt and pepper. Rub into chicken using all of the mixture.
3. In lg. skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in butter and transfer to crock pot.
4. Place water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon granules in skillet. Stir over medium heat. Bring to a boil, loosening brown bits from skillet. Pour over chicken, cover and cook on high 2 1/2 - 3 hours or on low 5-6 hours. Add parsley and baste chicken and cook on high another 15-30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
