• 5 servings Eggs
• 1/4 cups Fancy Mild Chedder - Natural Shredded Cheese
• 1/2 cups Chopped Onions
• 3/4 cups Chopped Green Bell Peppers
• 4 servings Turkey Bacon
• 1 servings Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in a heated pan. Brown onions & peppers, let cool. Crumble bacon into shredded chedder. Add cooled pepper & onion mixture. In another bowl, beat eggs with some black pepper. Pour into bacon/cheese/pepper mixture and beat until combined. Pour into well sprayed muffin tin or use muffin papers. Cook about 18 minutes or until set. Cool on a rack. Excellent frozen and re-heated.
