1 tbsp. butter
3 slices white bread
1 slice cook ham
2 slices cooked turkey (or chicken)
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
l. Butter a slice of bread on one side. Place ham slice and sliced turkey on buttered side. Spread butter on both sides of second slices of bread; place over meat. Top with cheese slices. Butter third slice of bread on one side. Place on cheese buttered side down.
Remove crusts with sharp knife.
Cut sandwich in half diagonally; secure with tooth picks
2. Combine eggs and milk in small bowl. Whip until frothy. Dip sandwich halves
into mixture coating thoroughly.
3. Melt 2 tbsp.butter in skillet . Saute sandwich on both sides until golden. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
