2 T melted butter
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c light brown sugar
4 c half and half
1 t vanilla
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cherries (or one can cherries in water)
6 cups day old French bread cubes
1/2 cup white chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush baking dish with 1 T of butter. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar and half and half. Add vanilla, cinnamon, bread cubes and remaining 1 T of butter.

Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle white chocolate morsels and cherries on top of mixture and gently press them into mixture. Bake 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve warm with Creme Anglaise (see recipe) and drizzle dark chocolate over top.
