3/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbs. ketchup
1 Tbs. minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
4 Iowa cut pork chops...thick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together.Add chops and marinate 3-6 hours, turning once.Place chops on hot grill
Cook 3 minutes on each side with no cover.
Stand chops with rib bones upright on the grill, cover and cook 14-16 minutes.These are very moist, tender chops.

These are a favorite at our house. I like to use low sodium soy sauce, and then adding some salt and pepper to the marinate sauce.
