1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 cup raw rice
1 can beef broth
3/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red or black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook onion, rice and butter on medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not burn! Add all ingredients into a casserole dish and cover tightly. Bake for 45 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is cooked down.
