1/2 lb.ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 (5-6oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
l. Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Add ground beef, pork sausage, and water chestnuts. Mix well.

2. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking pan.

3. Bake in a 350º oven for 18-20 minutes or until done. Makes about 5 dozen tiny meatballs.

These can be frozen before before baking, if desired.

These are tasty served with sweet and sour sauce.
