2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
Small onion, chopped
2 cans beef consomme soup (I dilute with 1 can water)
1 loaf of bread, toasted
1 t. ground sage
1 t. oregano
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread, break it into small pieces and put in large bowl. Season with ground sage, pepper and oregano.
Brown ground beef, sausage and onion. Drain fat. Add beef consomme to meat and bring to a boil. Pour over loaf of toasted bread. When pour mixture over bread, stir quickly. Pour into a baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 375º.
