15 pink lady apples
1/4 cup applejuice
1/4 cup brown sugar
pinch of nutmeg
juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Core, peel and slice apples. Put them in a large pan. Add apple juice, sugar, nutmeg and lemon juice. Bring to a boil then simmer until apples are mushy. Add the cinnamon. Either mash with a potato masher or use a hand blender.
