2 pkgs. yeast
2 t. salt
1/3 c. softened butter
1/3 c. honey
7 c. 1/2 white, 1/2 wheat flour
2/3 c. powdered milk
2 eggs
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Put 8 ingredients and 3 c. flour in food processor or mixer with dough hook and beat 5-10 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in 2 c. flour. Sprinkle 1 c. flour in 10" circle on kneading surface. Turn out dough. Oil hands and knead with fingertips. Knead 5-10 minutes adding flour if needed. Cover with plastic wrap and towel. Let rest 20 minutes. Punch down and divide into 2 portions. Place in greased bread pans and brush with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator 2-24 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and remove pans from refrigerator. Uncover and puncture air bubbles. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
