1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 cups old-fashioned oats
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I use mini chips)
chopped nuts of choice optional

In a bowl combine eggs, oil and brown sugar. In another bowl combine oats, baking pwd, salt and cinnamon; add egg mixture, stirring just until moistened. Stir in the coconut, raisins, chocolate chips and nuts.

Spoon into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve warm with milk like a cereal or let cool and eat like granola.
