2 large sweet onions
2 pound small mushrooms
1 1/2 pounds thick sliced bacon

In a LARGE frypan, Brown cut up bacon pieces. drain excess fat. Add in large cut pieces of onions and mushroom halves till wilted. Add in cut up cabbage and cook down till every thing blends together. Salt and pepper to taste.Serve with fresh panfried walleye and good company!

You can try this at home, but I know for a fact that this recipe's secret ingredient is the "CAST IRON"
