2 1/2 tsp. yeast
3 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 TB olive oil
3 TB honey
1 1/8 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
I make the dough in my bread maker (1st rise only). Put the ingredients into bread maker in the exact order the ingredients are shown.
Then take dough and roll into a large triangle and roll into a French bread. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Bake 350
25 minutes
Then rub with butter when it is still warm.
