8 slices bread--buttered on one side
1/2 lb sharp cheese--grated
1 lb sausage--browned and drained. (I use Jimmy Deans Original)
7 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut bread into 1" cubes and arrange on bottom
of buttered 9" X 13" casserole dish.
2. Spread 1/2 of the sausage & 1/2 of the cheese
over bread cubes.
3. Repeat with remaining sausage and cheese.
4. Beat eggs with milk, mustard & salt. Carefully
pour over bread mixture.
5. Cover overnight in refrigerator.
6. Bake at 350º for 1 hour (or until center of
contents no longer jiggles). Cover with foil 45
minutes then remove cover for remainder of
cook time.
7. Knife inserted in center should come out clean.
