2 1/4C flour
1C crisco or 3/4C plus1 T of lard
1 T white sugar
1tsp cinnomon ( only for fruit pies)
dash of salt
7-8 T of lukewarm water

Mix dry ingrediants. Cut shortning into dry mix till crumbly then add water. Mix till dough comes clean off the bowl. Cut dough ball in half and roll out for the bottom using the other half for the top.

I havve used both crisco and lard. The lard gives the pie crust a lighter, flackier crush. Only use the cinn for apple, peach,elderberry and blueberry pies.
