8-10 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 T. mustard
1 c. dill pickles
5 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/2 c. onions, diced
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Cook them until just tender in boiling water. Add mustard to the mayonnaise and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper in the mayonnaise mixture. In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, mayonnaise, dill pickles, eggs and onions. Add more mayonnaise if needed and salt & pepper to taste.

I never measure my ingredients while making this recipe. I have tried my hardest to carry on my mom's potato salad and my family enjoys it. Tweak it to make it your own by changing the amounts. You can't go wrong.
