1 cup Cheez-It crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
8 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
4 green onions, chopped
1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Combine crushed Cheez-It crackers and taco seasoning. Dredge chicken in mixture and place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Saute green onions, green chilies, chicken bouillon granules and butter in a skillet until tender. Then stir in whipping cream and cheese until cheese is melted. Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes.
